About The Program

Over the course of 6 weeks I’ll cover the in-depth, simple but powerful strategies I’ve been teaching my private clients for years. You’ll use them to reach your goals so much quicker than you ever would on your own. I’ll personally walk you through my 8 Step Diet Free System which is based on my holistic approach to weight loss, health, and wellness. Together we will determine if all areas of your life are in balance.

Here are some concepts that we will explore during our work together:

1.   Goals. We will make a plan and set goals to help you focus and create the accountability you need so you can get results quickly and effectively.

2.   Makeover. This session is one of the foundations of what you need to do to make the change permanent. I’m going to walk you through exactly how I do it in my own life and my practice.

3.   Food. You will get clear on what exactly the missing elements in your diet are and how to introduce them gradually without feeling overwhelmed. We will start adding more nutritious food on your plate!

4.   Strategy. I will personally walk you through a step-by-step, meal-by-meal easy to follow action plan that will give you options and variety without counting calories and controlling your portion size.

5.   Balanced life. The Get Slim And Healthy For Life is not only about the food but also how other elements of our lives impact what, when, and how we eat.

6.   The next level. We will use super-foods and plan a gentle food cleanse to get you to the next level and get even faster results.

7.   Package of lifetime tools. We will spend time together to create your personal toolbox that you will be able to use for the rest of your life! You will feel comfortable making healthy food choices at the store, in restaurants, at events, and while traveling.

2. Session Materials

Each week you will receive an email with session materials, simple assignments, and the recipes we’ll be discussing during the class. These are for you to use to implement the Get Slim And Healthy For Life strategies. I’ll guide you to take the exact steps you need to succeed.

3. Our Exclusive Facebook Page

This page will help you get motivated, stay on track, and share your ideas, opinions, and pictures with your friends. It is also a fabulous tool to stay accountable and get support.

4. Session Recordings

All our sessions will be recorded and available for you to listen to after the session. This way, you won’t miss any important information if you won’t be able to join us on the call.

5. What do you need?

A computer with internet access or a phone line and a pen and paper to make notes and do your exercises during the session.

Your session materials and recipes will be emailed to you prior to the session.

Please print them and have them ready before the session.
