The TM Technique Course includes the following steps:
Day 1: Introductory and Preparatory Talk Enhancing mental potential, health, social relationships, promoting inner and outer peace.The mechanics of the TM technique—how it works, why it’s easy to learn and effortless to practice, how it’s different from other forms of meditation, and the origins of the technique. (45 minutes)
Personal Interview - A private meeting after the talk with a certified TM teacher. (10–15 minutes)
Day 2: Personal Instruction Individual instruction in the TM technique with a certified TM teacher. (1– 2 hours)
Day 3, Day 4, Day 5: Three Consecutive Days of Checking Verifying correctness of the practice and further instruction. TM practice, and a lecture with other course participant. To ensure your experience, understanding, and that you are gaining maximum from your practice. People often begin experiencing the benefits of TM practice during these first days of instruction. (1–2 hours each day)

Teresa is an Expert in the Unified Field Technology ( Transcendental Meditation /TM, and TM Sidhi Technique) Social and Military Application.
She has been a Certified Teacher of Transcendental Meditation, the TM Technique since 1991 trained by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
She became an expert in the social and military application of the TM and TM Sidhi Technique in individual studies under the supervision of the team of the scientists from Maharishi University of Management,Iowa, USA, led by Dr. Susan Levine-Dillbeck and Dr. Michael Dillbeck.
Teresa is also a businesswoman and investigative journalist, member of The Foreign Press Association in New York and The National Press Club in Washington, DC. She travelled widely to interview such political figures as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Henry Kissinger, and many others.
